The villa

Villa Zlata is a contemporary four - bedroom villa set in the hills above Jesenice, enjoying sweeping views across the Adriatic Sea towards the island of Brač.

Inside, the villa is light and airy, with large windows and glass doors allowing natural light to fill the open - plan living and dining area. A comfortable lounge with a fireplace sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen, all positioned to make the most of the sea views.

On the lower ground floor, there is a twin bedroom that can be connected to a separate double bedroom, along with a family bathroom. This level also includes a sauna and a playroom with a games console, projector and sofa, offering both relaxation and entertainment.

The first - floor features three en - suite double bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a private balcony terrace overlooking the sea. One of the remaining bedrooms also benefits from its own balcony.

Outside, generous terraces are arranged around a heated infinity pool with sun loungers. A covered seating area and a summer kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining provide an inviting space for relaxed meals and sunset drinks.

Villa Zlata enjoys a peaceful setting close to the pebble beaches, shops and restaurants of Jesenice, with Split, Omiš and the sandy beaches of Duće easily accessible.

Set along the Dalmatian Coast, this area offers an excellent base for exploring some of Croatia’s most varied and appealing destinations. The historic city of Split is a major highlight, known for its lively atmosphere, excellent dining and rich heritage. At its heart lies the UNESCO - listed Diocletian’s Palace, surrounded by atmospheric streets filled with cafés, shops and galleries, while nearby beaches and the walking trails of Marjan Forest Park provide space to relax and enjoy sea views while surrounded by nature. Boat trips are a popular way to explore the region, with excursions available to nearby islands such as Brač and Šolta, ideal for swimming, snorkelling and discovering traditional coastal towns. Island - hopping tours from Split also open up further Adriatic highlights. In the opposite direction, the town of Omiš sits at the mouth of the Cetina River and is well known for its dramatic scenery, historic fortresses and outdoor activities. Visitors can enjoy rafting, canyoning, zip - lining or simply relaxing on its long sandy beaches and riverside cafés.
