Tucked away near the peaceful village of Kučići, Villa Cetina is a stylish hillside retreat surrounded by unspoilt countryside. This modern four-bedroom villa is ideal for a relaxing escape with family or friends.

The open-plan ground floor features a bright and spacious living area with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV, a dining space for ten, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Wellness amenities include a private sauna, shower, and a home gym with training equipment and loungers for post-workout relaxation.

Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms each open onto a balcony with scenic views. Three rooms include double beds, with one also offering a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The fourth bedroom features twin beds that can be joined, as well as a sofa bed, perfect for families with children.

Outside, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool witha whirlpool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a shaded dining terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue. A dedicated play area provides entertainment for younger guests.

The charming villages of Marušići and Mimice, both under thirty minutes away, offer tranquil beaches and local dining. Mimice’s pebbled shoreline and calm, shallow waters are ideal for families, complemented by a relaxed promenade lined with cafés and restaurants. Marušići offers a similarly laid-back atmosphere and scenic coastal views.
