Cosmic Villas is a focused marketplace for large private villas: four or more bedrooms, private pools, seven European destinations. If you're a villa company with your own API feed, we can list your qualifying properties and send you the kind of enquiry that fills big houses: milestone birthdays, reunions, whole families travelling together.
Who we work with
Feed-based partners only
We integrate inventory through APIs, end to end. No manual uploads, no spreadsheets, no copy-and-paste: if it can't come through a feed, it doesn't go on the site.
A documented API or feed
JSON or XML, with property details, photography, indicative pricing and ideally availability. If your inventory lives in spreadsheets, we're not the right fit: everything here is integrated, nothing is keyed in by hand.
Genuinely large villas
Our catalogue is villas with four or more bedrooms and private pools (pools relaxed for Britain and Ireland). Feeds are welcome even if only part of your portfolio qualifies; our eligibility rules filter automatically.
Rights to display your content
Your feed's photography and descriptions appear on cosmicvillas.com, so your owner agreements need to permit third-party distribution.
Somewhere to send guests
A named contact or endpoint for the enquiries we generate, and a straightforward commission agreement: per click, per lead or per booking.

From documentation to live in four steps
Send your feed documentation
Email us your API documentation and a test key. A one-page overview of your portfolio helps too: how many properties, which countries, typical size.
We review the fit
We check coverage against our destinations and eligibility rules and come back to you quickly with a yes, a no, or a question.
We build the integration
Our provider architecture is built for exactly this: your feed is normalised into our catalogue with your attribution preserved on every property. You write no code.
Enquiries start arriving
Group enquiries for your villas come to you with full details: dates, party size and requirements, tracked so both sides can reconcile.
