Villa Visnja is a beautifully appointed six - bedroom retreat set in the peaceful Dalmatian village of Kučine, close to the vibrant city of Split. Ideal for larger families or groups, this stylish villa sleeps up to 10 guests and combines generous indoor space with excellent outdoor living areas and panoramic views of the sea and Split’s skyline. Outdoors, a private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating, creating an inviting space to relax in the Mediterranean sunshine. Nearby, a covered outdoor dining area with a large barbecue is perfect for al fresco meals, while additional garden and terrace spaces offer plenty of room to unwind. A fully equipped gym and table tennis provide entertainment for all ages. Inside, the villa is fully air - conditioned and thoughtfully arranged over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen opening directly onto the pool terrace, alongside two comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, a second living and dining area opens onto covered terraces with lovely sea and city views, while four further bedrooms and two bathrooms provide flexible accommodation for families or groups, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed stay with space to socialise or enjoy privacy. Split is a vibrant coastal city celebrated for its beautiful sunsets, excellent cuisine and rich history. Highlights include the ancient ruins of Diocletian’s Palace, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, the Mestrovic Gallery and the Archaeological Museum, along with lively waterfront cafés, shops and inviting beaches. The walking trails and viewpoints of Marjan Forest Park provide scenic routes and panoramic views across the city and sea. Along the coast, charming seaside resorts such as Stobreč, Podstrana and Jesenice offer boat trips to nearby islands including Brač.
