The villa

Paros Prism is a contemporary holiday home set on the island of Paros, offering a balanced blend of modern design and relaxed Cycladic character. Positioned to take advantage of its surroundings, the property enjoys open views across the Aegean Sea and sunsets, while remaining within easy reach of nearby beaches and local villages.

The main entrance is located on the pool level, where open-plan living spaces are designed to maximise natural light and sea views. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook connects seamlessly to a spacious living room, both benefiting from expansive views of the sea and sunset. A dining area with a table for ten guests is set beside a planted stone corridor, allowing natural light to filter into the space and enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor elements. A guest WC is also located on this level.

This floor also accommodates four en suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, television, and sea views. Three bedrooms feature double beds (180cm x 200cm), while the fourth offers twin beds (90cm x 200cm) that can be adjoined if required.

On the ground level, an independent guest house provides additional privacy. This space includes a double bedroom with twin beds (90cm x 200cm) that can be joined together, a private bathroom, and its own outdoor area.

Outdoor living is central to the experience at Paros Prism, with terraces arranged around the swimming pool for dining and relaxation. The layout offers flexibility for families or groups seeking both shared spaces and private retreats, in a setting that reflects the calm and understated atmosphere of the island.

Paros is one of the most charming islands in the Cyclades, blending classic whitewashed beauty with a relaxed, authentic Greek atmosphere. Known for its cube-shaped houses, blue-domed churches, and bougainvillea-draped alleyways, the island offers a balance of cosmopolitan energy and traditional island life. Naoussa and Parikia provide lively harbours, boutique shopping, and vibrant dining scenes, while inland villages such as Lefkes reveal a quieter, more timeless side of Paros. Golden beaches fringe much of the coastline, and the island’s steady Aegean breezes make it particularly popular for sailing and watersports.

On the island’s southern coast lies Aliki (also spelt Alyki), a picturesque fishing village that feels wonderfully unspoilt. Once a small settlement centred around fishing and salt flats (from which it takes its name), Aliki has retained its laid-back character while offering excellent tavernas, peaceful beaches, and a warm, local feel. Its seafront promenade is lined with traditional seafood restaurants where tables spill out towards the water, creating an idyllic setting for long, sun-drenched lunches and sunset dinners.

The beaches around Aliki are sheltered and family-friendly, with calm, shallow waters ideal for swimming. Piso Aliki, just a short walk from the village centre, is particularly charming, framed by tamarisk trees and soft sand. The surrounding landscape is dotted with small chapels and walking paths, offering gentle exploration and sea views across to Antiparos. Compared to the busier northern parts of Paros, Aliki offers a slower rhythm, perfect for those seeking tranquillity, authentic Greek hospitality, and effortless island living.
