Located on the scenic western coast of Paros, Villa Irina in Makria Myti boasts sweeping views across the Aegean Sea towards Antiparos and its neighbouring islets. A charming path through the grounds leads directly to a nearby beach, placing the sea within easy reach.

The villa’s architecture blends classic Cycladic elements with refined island style. A sea-water pool sits at the heart of expansive terraces and shaded lounge areas, offering an ever-changing palette of Aegean blues. As evening falls, ambient outdoor lighting creates a warm setting for alfresco dining beside the water.

Thoughtfully arranged across two volumes, the villa is ideal for two groups travelling together, with each room enjoying a private entrance. The pool level features a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, all opening onto the pool terrace.

Accommodation includes two en-suite double bedrooms with private balconies, a master suite with en-suite and veranda access, a twin en-suite bedroom perfect for older children or teenagers, and an additional double bedroom with courtyard access.

Modern comforts include air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi indoors and outdoors, satellite TV, safety boxes, and daily housekeeping. Linen is changed twice weekly, and pool maintenance is provided three times a week. Live-in staff and pool towels are also available on request.
