The villa

Aether Estate is a sleek, contemporary villa overlooking the Aegean Sea, designed for relaxed island living with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Ideal for families or groups, it combines privacy with easy access to beaches, traditional villages, and local dining.

The main villa features an open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light and expansive sea views. Clean white walls, warm wood tones, and natural stone finishes create a serene and welcoming atmosphere. A cosy mezzanine offers a peaceful nook for reading or unwinding, while the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing shared meals.

The main house includes three stylish double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, alongside a separate annexe with a fourth en-suite bedroom, kitchenette, and living area, ideal for guests seeking added privacy. A second building houses two additional en-suite suites and a private pool, bringing the total capacity to twelve guests.

Outdoors, a fifteen-metre infinity pool appears to flow directly into the sea. Sun loungers and a pergola-shaded lounge offer space to unwind, while an outdoor dining area invites long al fresco meals beneath the stars.

Set on the east coast of Paros, Aether Estate is just a three to five-minute drive from the traditional villages of Prodromos and Marpissa, where local tavernas, bakeries and everyday island life await. Golden Beach and other popular beaches are also within easy reach, while Parikia (the island’s port) is approximately twenty minutes away and Naousa around twenty-five minutes by car.

Elevated above Paros’ gently rolling terrain, the estate enjoys sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and offers a peaceful retreat with convenient access to the island’s highlights. Guests can explore nearby Naousa and Parikia, both ideal for leisurely strolls through cobbled streets lined with boutiques, cafés and authentic tavernas serving fresh seafood and local specialities.

Paros is a haven for beach lovers, with nearby Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti) featuring fine sand and shallow, clear waters, perfect for families and water sports.
