Villa Vista Adriatica is a newly completed coastal villa in Privlaka, conveniently placed just metres from the Adriatic Sea. Built in 2025, this contemporary home is designed for comfort and ease, making it a great choice for families, friends, or small groups seeking a relaxed seaside break.

The villa features four en‑suite bedrooms, each with king‑size beds, air conditioning, and sea views. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also include walk‑in wardrobes and private terraces where you can enjoy morning coffee or take in the sunset. On the lower level, two bedrooms sit alongside a games room, while the main living level brings together a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living area, and a terrace with space to dine outdoors.

Underfloor heating throughout means the villa can be enjoyed beyond summer months, while Outside, the private pool, comfortable seating and gas barbecue offers a pleasant spot for relaxation.
