The villa

Azure Pines is a modern coastal villa situated on the western edge of Korčula island, fringed by pine forest and which overlooks the Adriatic. Set across two spacious levels, the villa offers six double bedrooms - each with air conditioning and a TV - plus multiple bathrooms, and two open-plan kitchens with relaxed lounge and dining areas. The layout offers comfort and flexibility for larger groups, whether you're travelling with extended family or friends.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a choice of sun terraces on each floor - perfect for morning coffee or sundown drinks. The villa also features two pergolas shaded dining areas with grills, and a wide range of entertainment including table tennis, billiards, a trampoline, children’s play area, and even a basketball court. For those drawn to the sea, two kayaks and two paddleboards are available, alongside bikes for exploring the surrounding area.

Set just above the shoreline in Blato, Azure Pines combines a peaceful setting with direct access to the coast. With ferries from Split or nearby Orebić, and the historic town of Korčula within easy reach, the villa is ideally placed for a laid-back island escape with plenty to do.

Located on the peaceful western side of Korčula, Azure Pines offers a relaxed coastal base just outside the town of Blato. The immediate surroundings are shaped by pine forest and Adriatic shoreline, with nearby swimming spots and walking trails. A short drive inland brings you to local shops, bakeries, and traditional konobas serving regional specialities and wine. For active days out, guests can kayak or paddleboard along the coast, explore nearby bays by bike, or visit the charming port of Vela Luka - home to seaside restaurants and a a picturesque marina. Cultural highlights include the Ethno House Barilo and the Moreska sword dance, performed in Korčula town. This part of Korčula is known for its quiet charm, natural beauty, and strong sense of local identity - offering a more authentic Croatian retreat. Ferries from Split or Orebić make access straightforward, while the historic walled town of Korčula is within easy reach for a day trip or dinner with a view.
