The villa

Set in the peaceful village of Vrsi, just beyond the historic town of Nin and a short drive from Zadar, Villa Tulasi offers an elegant retreat in one of Croatia’s most scenic coastal regions. Completed in 2023, this contemporary six - bedroom villa spans 225 square metres of stylish interior space, with a total plot of 350 square metres.

Designed for groups of up to eleven, the property features five queen bedrooms and one single, each with en suite shower rooms and air conditioning. A separate guest toilet adds convenience. Two fully equipped kitchens and adjoining dining areas, one on each floor, make shared meals a pleasure, while two living rooms offer ample space to unwind.

Outdoors, a heated pool, sun loungers, and al fresco dining area with barbecue await on the lower terrace. Upstairs, a second barbecue and dining area sit beside a jacuzzi with panoramic views. Practical features include laundry facilities, parking for three cars, and baby equipment on request.

Vrsi is ideal for water sports, with nearby beaches and the secluded Duboka Draga bay offering paddleboarding, sailing, and sunset views over the Velebit Mountains. For larger groups, Villa Diga, connected via a shared hallway, is also available. Guests benefit from discounted access to jet skis, pedal boats, and children’s activities at the local beach.
