With five stylish bedrooms, the villa sleeps up to ten guests, with two additional guests accommodated on sofa beds, making it ideal for flexible group stays.

Inside, the interiors are bright and contemporary, centred around a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV create a welcoming space to unwind, while the dining table seats ten for sociable meals together. The five elegant bedrooms are arranged across two floors, three with en suite bathrooms, and two featuring sofa beds. Outdoors, the villa truly shines. A private swimming pool with integrated whirlpool invites long, sun-soaked afternoons, while a floodlit tennis court, children’s play area and expansive lawns provide entertainment for all ages. Evenings are best enjoyed in the outdoor kitchen and covered dining area, embracing the warm Dalmatian climate. Peaceful yet well positioned, Villa Tugare is just a short drive from the beaches, restaurants and riverside charm of nearby Omiš.

Tugare village offers a handful of local amenities, including small grocery shops and family-run restaurants, providing everyday essentials and authentic regional cuisine close to home. It’s an ideal setting for a peaceful, nature-filled escape, with excellent opportunities for hiking, climbing and bouldering in the surrounding hills. For culinists, the area holds particular appeal as the birthplace of Soparnik, a protected traditional pie made with Swiss chard, garlic and olive oil, still prepared using time-honoured methods. Local konobas celebrate seasonal, home-grown ingredients, serving Dalmatian specialities such as slow-cooked peka, fresh Adriatic seafood and regional wines. Nearby, Omiš and the dramatic Cetina River canyon offer a vibrant contrast, known for sandy beaches and outdoor adventure including rafting, kayaking and zip-lining. Once a pirate stronghold, Omiš is crowned by medieval fortresses overlooking the old town and coastline, offering panoramic views and a glimpse into the region’s storied past.
