Villa Nocturne is a spacious six-bedroom retreat in the small village of Stanišovi, just 3km from the Istrian coast. Offering 317m² of contemporary living space and sleeping up to twelve guests, it’s an excellent choice for extended families or groups of friends who want both comfort and plenty to do.

The open-plan living and dining area creates a generous social space, flowing directly onto a furnished terrace that works beautifully for relaxed breakfasts and evening gatherings. A dedicated wellness area elevates the experience, complete with sauna and a six-person whirlpool - ideal for unwinding after days spent exploring nearby beaches and coastal towns. Outside, the 60m² private pool is surrounded by sun loungers within fully fenced grounds, while a volleyball court, playground, trampoline and games facilities ensure entertainment for all ages.

With Rabac’s seafront, historic Pula and the colourful streets of Rovinj all within easy reach, Villa Nocturne balances rural calm with access to Istria’s highlights.

Villa Nocturne enjoys a peaceful position in the village of Stanišovi, a small Istrian settlement surrounded by rolling countryside and just 3km from the Adriatic coast. Within a short drive, you’ll reach the lively seaside town of Rabac, known for its clear waters, pebble beaches and waterfront promenade lined with cafés and restaurants. Water sports, boat excursions and beach days are all easily arranged here.

For cultural exploration, Pula is within comfortable driving distance, home to its remarkably preserved Roman amphitheatre and a vibrant programme of summer events. Rovinj, with its pastel-toned buildings and narrow cobbled streets, also makes an excellent day trip.
