Villa Audace is the perfect retreat for your lakeside escape at Italy's stunning Lake Como. This newly built, exclusive villa is close to some of Lake Como's beloved towns and lake beaches. Sleeping 8-10 guests, this home is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Wherever you are in the house, your focus will be the dazzling lake just a stone's throw away. The villa has been designed to offer lake views from the four main bedrooms, the living areas and the vast terrace. Indoors, the accommodation is set over three floors. On the ground floor, a large open-plan living and dining room is the ideal gathering space for lazy evenings, drinking wine and chatting as the kids play. Just next door is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and a much-needed coffee machine!

The bedrooms at the villa are a tranquil place to turn in for a good night's sleep. There are three on the ground floor with king-sized beds. All these rooms open to the terrace, so you are just steps away from the pool. The main bedroom is on the first floor, with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. If you require more sleeping accommodation, guests can utilise a smaller bedroom on the lower ground floor too. Villa Audace even boasts a fully-equipped gym to carry on with your usual workouts and then let go of the stresses of day-to-day life as you sit in the sauna, looking over the water.

Although the views are impressive from all around the home, as you step out onto the vast terrace, you can soak in panoramic views over the lake and the island of Isola Comacina. Out here, there are dining spaces, sun loungers for unwinding on a hot day, a hot tub, and, of course, the private infinity pool.

Exploring the lake could not be easier; the village of Sala Comacina is only 700m away, so you can easily stroll down and grab some breakfast. You can also board boats here to go to other parts of the lake! This is just one of countless villages and towns which line the shores of the lake; you can also easily reach Lenno (3.5km away) and Tremezzo (6km away). You can visit some palatial lake villas close to the villa, relax on lakeside beaches, explore the scenic walking routes, and dine at many fine-dining restaurants.

Villa Audace lies close to the centre of Lake Como in Northern Italy. From your base on the Western side of the lake, you are well-placed to visit some of the lake's most beautiful fishing villages and the alpine walking routes that are on your doorstep.

This setting is perfect for those who love getting out in nature. Close to the villa, you can swim in the clear lake waters, try out a range of water sports, go on lengthy mountainous hikes, or play a round of golf in Cadenabbia, 7km away. If you prefer to take things slowly and hope for rest and relaxation, you can find many idyllic lake beaches nearby!

Along with its natural surroundings, Lake Como is known for its impressive lakefront villas, which have housed royalty and celebrities over the centuries. Two of these awe-inspiring villas are close to home and worth visiting. Villa del Balbianello is just 3km away and is home to an exploration museum, atmospheric rooms, and vast gardens. Villa Carlotta is 6km away and offers a museum, art gallery, and famous botanical gardens.

When you wish to wander around a lake village or town, you will be spoiled for choice. Just 2km from the villa, you can visit Ossuccio, a pastel-toned fishing village with roots in the medieval period. This small village is a great place to stop off for a seafood meal and to access the walking routes to the mountainside chapels in the area, such as the Sacro Monte Church.

One great way to see more of Lake Como is to board one of the frequent ferries, which is much easier than driving around the edge of the lake and much more enjoyable. One of the best-loved villages on the whole lake is Bellagio, which you can reach by ferry from Cadenabbia, 7km away. Bellagio is known as the Pearl of Como because of its incredible beauty. Other options include the tiny village of Varenna and the beach-fronted village of Menaggio.
