The villa

Elira Breeze is a thoughtfully designed 170 m² villa that captures the ease and simplicity of island living in Paros. Created for comfort and relaxation, the property combines light-filled interiors with a calm, understated aesthetic, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to connect effortlessly.

The villa is arranged across two levels. On the ground floor, guests will find a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with two additional double bedrooms sharing a well-appointed bathroom. A guest WC is also located on this level. The first floor features a further en-suite double bedroom, offering additional privacy and elevated views across the surroundings.

The interiors are finished in soft, neutral tones with an emphasis on space and natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a wide range of home gadgets, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, stove, oven and washing machine with dryer, making the villa well suited to longer stays. Practical amenities, including an iron and ironing board, are also provided.

Opening onto sunlit terraces and an inviting infinity pool, Helios Breeze offers generous outdoor areas for swimming, dining and relaxation. Shaded seating and outdoor living spaces create comfortable spots to unwind throughout the day, while the villa’s proximity to Santa Maria Beach makes it easy to enjoy the sea whenever desired.
