The ground floor centres around a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, outfitted with Italian marble worktops, double ovens, modern appliances and a Nespresso machine - ideal for slow mornings or lively dinners. French doors lead out onto a furnished terrace, blurring the boundary between indoors and out. A traditional wood-burning oven adds an authentic touch to alfresco evenings.

The adjacent living area invites guests to unwind, with soft sofas, a flat-screen TV, and more doors opening onto the sea-view terrace. Upstairs, five elegantly styled bedrooms offer king-size beds, three with private ensuites, and a sixth room features bunk beds, ideal for children. Two family bathrooms serve the floor, and most of the bedrooms enjoy access to balconies overlooking the forest or the sea below.

Despite its secluded feel, the villa is only 7 kilometres from Hvar Town, where guests will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and a vibrant harbourfront atmosphere.

For those arriving or exploring by sea, the villa includes private moorings, making it easy to charter a boat and discover more of the island's coastline. Day trips can include stops at the beautiful Dubovica beach, known for its clear waters and traditional stone house, or Mekicevica, a quieter bay accessible only by foot or boat. The nearby Pakleni Islands also offer excellent snorkelling and swimming spots, along with beach bars and walking trails.
