Set in the scenic coastal town of Podstrana, Villa Solemar is a contemporary seven-bedroom retreat arranged over four levels. Designed for families or groups of up to 14, it offers generous interiors, sea-facing terraces, and far-reaching views of the Adriatic and surrounding mountains. The lower ground floor is a dedicated entertainment zone, featuring a media room with PS4, pool table, table tennis, treadmill, and Finnish sauna. It also includes a casual kitchen-bar area, laundry, and two showers with a separate toilet - ideal for post-swim relaxation or indoor play. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining space with floor-to-ceiling glass walls offers panoramic sea views, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are also located on this level - one with an en-suite, and two sharing a bathroom. Upstairs, the first floor offers a second living and dining area, another kitchen, and two bedrooms - one en-suite with a balcony, the other with an adjacent bathroom. The loft features a fourth kitchen, lounge, two king-sized en-suite bedrooms, and a furnished terrace. Outside, enjoy a heated private pool, sun deck with 12 loungers, summer kitchen with BBQ, alfresco dining, and a play area with slide and toys - all just 200m from the beach.

Villa Solemar is situated in the peaceful coastal town of Podstrana, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and access to the best of the Dalmatian coast. On one side lies Split, a vibrant UNESCO-listed city where history and modern life meet. Visit Diocletian’s Palace, soak up the atmosphere along the palm lined Riva, or unwind at Bacvice Beach. Split is also a convenient departure point for boat trips to the islands of Hvar, Vis and Brač. On the other side of Podstrana, the historic town of Omiš sits at the mouth of the Cetina River. With its medieval fortresses, lively waterfront and fresh seafood restaurants, it is a rewarding day trip. The Cetina River itself offers a wide range of activities, from rafting and canyoning to kayaking amidst dramatic scenery. Podstrana is also close to golf and tennis facilities, while the coastal road connects easily to Trogir’s walled old town and its lively promenade.
