Villa Zoka is a sleek contemporary retreat on Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast, designed for stylish indoor-outdoor living. Set within a large landscaped garden, the villa features modern amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers and flatscreen TVs. The open-plan ground floor is bright and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows, an L-shaped sofa, elegant dining area and a well-equipped kitchen finished with marble and wood. Upstairs, four serene bedrooms ensure restful nights. The standout master boasts a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with bath and a private balcony. Two double rooms with balconies share a shower room, while a twin room with its own bathroom is perfect for younger guests. Outside, a private swimming pool, shaded terrace and sea-view balconies provide perfect spots to relax and unwind.

Villa Zoka enjoys a peaceful setting around two kilometres from the centre of Seget Vranjica, a charming coastal village offering local shops, family-run restaurants and pebble beaches lapped by the Adriatic Sea. Guests can unwind by the shore or try out water sports, with all essential amenities close at hand. A short boat ride or drive brings you to the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir, where cobbled streets, Romanesque architecture and vibrant markets create a captivating blend of history and culture. Highlights include the Cathedral of St. Lawrence and the medieval Kamerlengo Fortress, while the seafront promenade offers dining and shopping with views across the bay.
