Perched on the heights of Oia, Villa Viewpoint 1 enjoys panoramic views across the Aegean Sea and Santorini’s renowned sunsets. This independent villa offers 257 sq.m of interior living space, complemented by 389 sq.m of landscaped gardens and 250 sq.m of private verandas, accommodating up to eight guests in a setting inspired by traditional Cycladic architecture.

Designed to make the most of both indoor and outdoor living, the villa features fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, spacious dining and seating areas, a barbecue, fire pit, and outdoor Jacuzzis. The outdoor spaces provide ample room for relaxation while taking in the surrounding scenery.

The villa comprises four bedrooms, each with its own en - suite shower room, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. Additional facilities include a private gym with modern fitness equipment and a sauna.
