Once the summer residence of the distinguished Dešković family, the villa has been meticulously renovated to blend historical character with modern refinement.

Spanning three floors and 330 square metres, the villa accommodates up to eight guests in four elegant bedrooms. The ground floor features a stylish living area, professional kitchen, and a private wellness space with an indoor hot tub, Finnish sauna, gym, and additional bathroom. Two first - floor bedrooms, including a tower - style master suite with panoramic views, both enjoy en suite bathrooms. The top floor hosts two further bedrooms, one with a private terrace, sharing a family bathroom.

Outdoors, a Mediterranean garden surrounds a private pool, shaded pine trees, and a spacious dining area ideal for al fresco meals.
