The villa

Located in the peaceful village of Mali Rat, between Split and Omis, Villa Supernova accommodates up to twelve guests across three stylish suites connected by glass bridges, each offering captivating views of the Adriatic and the island of Brac.

Each air-conditioned suite features a well-equipped kitchenette, a contemporary living area, and double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The layout is ideal for families or groups seeking both privacy and shared spaces. Five of the six bedrooms enjoy sea views, and three offer direct access to the terrace.

Suites open onto a spacious terrace with a heated pool, sun loungers, and a shaded seating area, perfect for evening drinks while watching the sunset over the sea. A rooftop terrace further enhances the outdoor experience with panoramic views and additional sun beds. Suite One, on the first floor, includes a sleek kitchenette, a light-filled dining area, and a generous lounge. Suites Two and Three, located on the ground floor, both open directly to the terrace and share the villa’s modern aesthetic and serene atmosphere. Combining thoughtful design with breathtaking vistas, Villa Supernova offers a relaxed coastal retreat within easy reach of Croatia’s Dalmatian highlights.

Villa Supernova enjoys a prime seafront position in the village of Mali Rat, where a scenic promenade winds past fishing boats and beach bars, ideal for a leisurely stroll or a quiet drink by the water. Rooted in fishing and wine-making traditions, the village offers authentic Dalmatian charm, including lively local evenings with seafood, wine tastings, and music hosted by fishermen.

Just a short drive away, Omis provides a broader selection of shops, restaurants, and adventure activities. Thrill-seekers can enjoy white-water rafting, sea kayaking, and one of Croatia’s most exciting ziplines, soaring above the Centina River canyon. Further down the coast lies Makarska, a vibrant seaside town known for its beaches, family-friendly atmosphere, and buzzing nightlife, ideal for a day trip or evening out.
