Villa Raya is set in the peaceful coastal village of Kanica, near to Rogoznica, offering a stylish retreat for up to eight guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. Just moments from the sea, this contemporary villa blends clean design with comfort, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing Croatian escape.

Outside, a spacious wooden terrace centres around a private pool with easy-access steps, accompanied by a jacuzzi for sun-soaked unwinding. Comfortable loungers, a shaded lounge area, and an al fresco dining space - including an outdoor kitchen and breakfast bar - invite you to savour the outdoors from morning to evening.

Inside, the open-plan living area features soft hues, modern furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. A ground-floor bedroom with a private bathroom complements three upstairs bedrooms, all with king-size beds, TVs, and thoughtful detailing. One bedroom features an ensuite, while the others share a family bathroom. Villa Raya is located in the quiet coastal village of Kanica, just a short walk from the sea and ideally positioned for exploring central Dalmatia. Around fifteen minutes away is the vibrant town of Rogoznica, known for its clear waters, attractive beaches, and lively marina - from which you can take boat trips to nearby islands. With its historic centre, scenic promenade and excellent selection of restaurants and cafés, Rogoznica offers something for every pace. Nearby highlights include Dragon’s Eye Lake on the Gradina peninsula, a dramatic saltwater lake steeped in legend, and the “Museum in the Sea” - a protected underwater dive site marking a historic shipwreck. For day trips, the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir is a thirty-minute drive, while Split, with its Roman remains and vibrant old town, lies under an hour away. Inland, Krka National Park is just thirty kilometres from the villa, offering forest trails, riverboat excursions, and the famous Skradinski Buk waterfalls.
