The attractive interior displays a pleasing fusion of classical and contemporary styles and each of the bedrooms offer air conditioning although the sea breeze will definitely keep you cool.

Entering the property, you will be welcomed by the open plan fully equipped modern kitchen and breakfast table which leads on to the lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas, plasma TV and large glass sliding doors which open onto the impressive furnished covered patio area, garden and sun terrace. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor offering 3 with double bed and 1 with twin beds. There are 4 bathrooms in total with bidets and showers and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the two bedrooms at the front have sea views.

Made pleasingly private by the walls that surround it on all sides, this enclosed outdoor area forms a perfect family retreat, with only the ocean at the front and hill tops that spread out behind the property. The property offers a private swimming pool with roman steps, sun loungers and pool towels for extra convenience.

The villa is situated close to the charming village of Puerto Calero on the South-Eastern part of the island. The village centre, which runs along the harbour, and can be reached from the villa by foot in around 15 minutes. Here you can indulge at one of the many Canarian restaurants or just enjoy the view of the little harbour from your patio. Everyday items may be purchased at the nearby harbour (supermarket, pharmacy, clothing boutiques…). If you are looking to do sports, the nearby Sports Club in Puerto Calero should meet all your requirements.
