Located just outside the pretty town of Sant Lluís, Villa Pou Nou is a recently renovated 8,000 m², four - bedroom villa that combines modern design with relaxed Menorcan charm. Inside, the villa offers bright, open - plan living spaces designed for easy holiday living. The dining room seats ten guests and opens out to the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar makes mealtimes a breeze. The living area includes a separate TV space and direct access to the pool, creating a welcoming hub for everyone to gather. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms) and one shared family bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom suite features its own bathroom and private balcony overlooking the garden - be sure to grab this room!

Outside, guests can relax by the private heated pool (please see T&Cs) , unwind on the Balinese bed, or enjoy long, leisurely meals under the covered dining terrace with barbecue. The island’s capital, Mahón, with its impressive natural harbour, historic centre, and lively markets, is just 15 minutes away, as is the airport, making arrival and departure wonderfully easy.
