The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four well - appointed bedrooms, each with its own en - suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, making it suitable for guests requiring wheelchair or mobility access, while the remaining three bedrooms are found upstairs.

Downstairs, the living area is spacious and comfortably furnished, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light and frame views of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for anything from simple breakfasts to relaxed evening meals, which can be enjoyed indoors or out on the terrace.

Visitors can explore well - preserved Roman sites such as the Pula Arena Amphitheatre, which hosts concerts and events in summer, along with the Temple of Augustus and the Arch of the Sergii.
