Located in the historic village of Mimice, just a kilometre from the beach, Villa Polly is a stylish four-bedroom retreat for up to eight guests. With far-reaching views over the Adriatic, the villa’s 8-metre by 4-metre pool is framed by a spacious sun terrace and outdoor dining area, perfect for soaking up the coastal sunshine.

Designed for relaxed living, the villa’s interior blends comfort and functionality. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a wine cooler, coffee machine and ice cream maker, and offers direct access to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, a contemporary lounge opens onto a shaded outdoor seating area, all enjoying uninterrupted sea views.

The villa’s layout ensures privacy and comfort for all guests. A king-size bedroom with en suite and a private gym sit on the lower level, while the mezzanine master suite features a walk-in wardrobe, TV, and en suite with bath and shower. Two further en suite bedrooms, a king and a double, occupy the upper level.

Just a short walk from local amenities, Villa Polly is ideally placed for exploring the Dalmatian coast. The riverside town of Omiš, vibrant city of Split, and scenic Krka National Park are all within easy reach, along with boat trips to Brač and other nearby islands.

Approximately twelve kilometres east of Omiš, the coastal village of Mimice enjoys a peaceful setting on the Dalmatian Coast, with views across the Adriatic towards the island of Brač. Within easy reach of Makarska and just one hour from Split, it offers a convenient base for exploring this scenic region. Nearby Omiš is a town rich in history and character. Once home to the Adriatic’s most feared pirates, its dramatic riverside setting at the mouth of the Cetina is now known for outdoor pursuits such as rafting, canyoning and canoeing. The Old Town, backed by steep cliffs, features historic landmarks including the Mirabella and Starigrad fortresses, and is dotted with traditional churches and a Franciscan monastery.
