Villa Pink Marble offers both sophistication and character with its charming stone walls, pretty tiled roof and gorgeous garden with jasmine, bougainvillea and majestic trees. The private swimming pool is a delight, made for long summer days relaxing in the sun followed by al - fresco meals beside the shaded summer kitchen.

With air - conditioning throughout, the living spaces are light - filled and comfortable. Kick back in the welcoming lounge with its fireplace and Smart TV and gather for feasts in the conservatory - style dining room opening out to the garden. There are three double bedrooms in the main part of the villa, each with their own en suite and patio with glimpses of the sea - we especially love the private terrace upstairs with views across the trees and rooftops towards the marina.

A fourth en suite bedroom is in an independent annexe, ideal for guests seeking a little privacy. Finally, two further beds can be found in a tavern room, reached via a hidden door in the basement, allowing Villa Pink Marble to sleep 8 - 10 guests.

This is such an enviable location, just a stone’s throw from Porto Cervo’s exclusive marina. Stroll to the harbour to admire yachts from across the world, dine out in one of the marina’s restaurants and soak up the bustling yet relaxing ambience.

Just across the bay, Porto Cervo awaits (only 2km by car to the heart of the resort village) - this luxurious destination attracts the rich and famous with its upmarket dining, designer boutiques and exclusive beach clubs.

Meanwhile, discover some of the island’s most pristine beaches with picture - perfect coves, sandy shores and crystal - clear waters or tee off at one of the world’s best golf courses at Pevero Golf Club, all a short drive away. Return to Villa Pink Marble to relax beside your private pool and enjoy quality time with family and friends on the Costa Smeralda.

Just a stone’s throw from Marina Di Porto Cervo, Villa Pink Marble enjoys an enviable location on north - east Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda. Olbia Airport is just over half an hour by car.

The villa is set in a residential area just above the marina (you can catch a glimpse of the sea from the upper terrace). It’s a short stroll along local roads to reach the marina - around 1km on foot (even though the marina is much closer as the crow flies). Admire luxury superyachts, stroll past the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and venture towards Spiaggia del Giglio with its crystal - clear water. Back by the marina, discover a small handful of restaurants open seasonally.

The luxurious resort village of Porto Cervo is around 2km away by car, a sophisticated destination with upmarket dining, designer shopping and exclusive beach clubs - no wonder Porto Cervo attracts so many A - list celebrities and international jetsetters.

Known as the ‘Emerald Coast’, this corner of Sardinia is home to some of the most beautiful beaches with turquoise - coloured water, soft white sand and summer lidos. Picture - perfect bays not to be missed include Cala di Volpe (8km), Spiaggia Poltu Di Li Cogghj (11km) and the little coves of Capriccioli (9km). Another gem is Spiaggia del Grande Pevero (4km), not far from Pevero Golf Club, considered to be one of the finest courses in the world.

For a change of pace from Porto Cervo’s upmarket atmosphere, head to the lively port town of Palau (32km), the gateway to the breathtaking La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. With its laid - back charm, Palau offers waterfront cafes and a bustling marina, where daily ferries depart for the nearby islands. Just across the water, the protected archipelago unveils a dreamlike seascape of turquoise lagoons, granite islets and hidden coves. Visitors can explore the main island of La Maddalena or venture further to uninhabited gems like Spargi and Budelli, home to the famed pink sand of Spiaggia Rosa.
