The villa

Villa Phoenix is a private estate near Almyrida, offering accommodation for up to 15 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and forest, the property is approximately three minutes from Almyrida Beach and provides exclusive use of the entire villa and its facilities.

The villa has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, including four adult bedrooms with en - suite bathrooms and a dedicated children’s bedroom. Outdoor facilities include a 135 m² heated main swimming pool, a separate children’s pool and an elevated jacuzzi pool, alongside a full - size tennis court, basketball facilities, an outdoor cinema, a sunken pool bar, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and several dining and lounge areas.

For the 2027 season, the villa will introduce a new Lower Level featuring an additional king - size bedroom with en - suite bathroom and private patio, a dedicated children’s bedroom, family bathroom, indoor cinema, and billiard and games room. A children’s playground, private forest trail and EV charging station will also be added to the estate.

Guests can arrange a selection of additional services and experiences on request, including private chefs, massage and wellness treatments, personal training, boat and yacht charters, private transfers, wine tasting and Cretan cooking experiences. Restaurant reservations and recommendations for local beaches, villages and day trips can also be arranged. Additional charges may apply.
