The décor is sleek and understated, combining natural stone and wood accents with a monochrome palette for a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops and stylish black detailing completes the living space.

Outside, the villa is equally impressive. Terraces and lawns are planted with sculptural greenery, while the inviting swimming pool and chic lounge area with a fireplace provide the perfect setting for al fresco relaxation. Villa Petroica offers complete privacy within a walled plot, just moments from the stunning Issos Beach. Surrounded by unspoilt natural beauty, guests can unwind in peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Issos Beach is expansive and well-equipped, featuring sun loungers, umbrellas, and an excellent beach café. It lies between Chalikounas Beach to the north, Saint George Beach to the south, and the striking Korission Lake to the east.

Nearby Chalikounas Beach is also known for its golden sands and crystal-clear Ionian waters. It is a popular spot for watersports, including kite surfing, or simply enjoying the serene coastline.

For a livelier atmosphere, Agios Georgios offers a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, along with a diving club, windsurfing centre, boat hire, quad biking, and a variety of local shops. The traditional villages of Pagi and Afiones are also within easy reach and well worth exploring.
