With thoughtfully designed interiors across multiple levels, Villa Petit Bleu is as generous as it is welcoming. Step into the ground floor where the living room opens up with sofas, shelves of books and decorative touches that make it feel instantly like home. Gather for leisurely dinners around the dining table, or prepare relaxed feasts in the well - equipped kitchen, complete with both Nespresso and filter coffee machines, air fryer and American - style fridge. Downstairs, a second gorgeous lounge gives guests even more space to unwind together.

Across the first and second floors, four light - filled bedrooms offer comfort with restful decor, alongside three contemporary shower rooms (two en suite), allowing ample space for up to 8 guests. With three queen - size double beds and one twin bedroom, this is an ideal home for families or a small group of friends - we especially love the top - floor double bedroom beneath the eaves with its own TV and little office space.

Outside, days unfold between decked terraces and the gorgeous swimming pool terrace, secured by a gate, with sun loungers encouraging hours of relaxed indulgence. Enjoy leisurely lunches beside the electric plancha or sip chilled local rosé on the outdoor lounge on summer evenings.

Villa Petit Bleu enjoys a great position in a residential area just a stroll from Maubec’s village café - restaurant and bakery, and a short drive from Gordes, Ménerbes and other iconic gems of the Luberon. Scenic hikes and cycle rides awaits, and local markets, vineyards and lavender fields offer a rich taste of Provence.

On the edge of the Luberon region of Provence, the delightful village of Maubec offers a authentic Provençal experience. With its honey - hued stone buildings, quiet lanes and sweeping views across vineyards and olive groves, Maubec is the perfect base for a laid - back yet enriching escape.

The heart of the village is only a short walk away - start your mornings with pastries and fresh bread from the village bakery or enjoy a relaxed lunch in the village cafe - restaurant (usually open for lunch five days a week  and evening meals on Friday and Saturday). Other restaurants are within a very short drive. 

Just 4km away lies the bustling hub of Coustellet, known for its excellent Sunday morning market where local producers sell everything from sun - ripened fruit to fragrant lavender and artisan cheeses. Coustellet also offers a good selection of shops and supermarkets, making everyday essentials easily accessible within a short drive.

The Luberon is famed for its breathtaking hilltop villages, each offering a unique character and unforgettable vistas. Wander the cobbled streets of nearby Oppède - le - Vieux (2.5km), perched dramatically on a rocky outcrop, or explore Ménerbes (7.5km) and Roussillon (20km), both celebrated for their markets and ochre - hued architecture. Gordes (12km), one of France’s most beautiful villages, enchants visitors with its historic château, art galleries and panoramic views over the valley below.

Outdoor enthusiasts are spoilt for choice, with cycling and hiking routes weaving through cherry orchards, lavender fields, vineyards and forested hills. Wine lovers can stop for tastings at nearby domaines, while more adventurous spirits might try canoeing in Fontaine - de - Vaucluse, where the emerald - green river emerges from a mysterious spring.
