Villa Noa Mare is located in the relaxed seaside community of Torre delle Stelle in southern Sardinia. This villa enjoys a wonderful position between rolling hills and the sparkling Mediterranean. Just a short distance away, you’ll find the beautiful beaches of Genn’e Mari and Cann’e Sisa, both known for their soft sand and clear, shallow waters ideal for swimming and snorkelling. For those who enjoy a walk, the two nearest beaches can be reached on foot via the road or pathways. A path just below the house also leads down to the rocky shoreline. 

The area has a laid-back, residential feel, with a handful of local restaurants, beach bars and small shops adding to its easy-going charm.

For wider exploration, the vibrant city of Cagliari is around 30km away, offering historic districts, lively markets and excellent dining.
