The villa

Villa Nata Lia is a contemporary four - bedroom villa in Podstrana, combining generous living spaces with plenty of ways to relax and spend time together. Just 500 metres from the Adriatic and around 8km from the centre of Split, it’s well placed for days by the sea, sightseeing and exploring this stretch of the Dalmatian coast.

Designed for up to ten guests, the villa spreads across 400m², with four king - size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Large windows and glass doors bring plenty of daylight into the open - plan living spaces, while the well - equipped kitchen makes catering for a group straightforward. Downstairs, the private wellness and entertainment area raises the bar, with a Finnish sauna, whirlpool, gym and cinema room providing plenty to do without leaving the villa.

Outside, the 52m² heated saltwater swimming pool takes centre stage, complete with a hydromassage section and sun loungers. There’s also a lawn with table tennis, comfortable lounge seating and a shaded dining terrace with both gas and charcoal barbecues. With beaches and restaurants within 500 metres, Villa Nata Lia makes an excellent base for families and groups wanting space, privacy and easy access to Split.

Villa Nata Lia sits in Podstrana, a coastal town just outside Split, putting guests within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and some of central Dalmatia’s best - known sights. The nearest beach and restaurants are around 500 metres away, while a local mini market is approximately 300 metres from the villa.

Around 8km away, Split makes an easy day trip. Wander through the atmospheric streets surrounding Diocletian’s Palace, browse local markets or settle into a waterfront café along the Riva. In the other direction, Omiš and the Cetina River offer a change of pace, with rafting, ziplining, canyoning and kayaking among the activities available in the area.

The villa is also well positioned for discovering Croatia’s islands. Boat trips can take you across the Adriatic to destinations including Brač, Hvar and Vis, making Villa Nata Lia a convenient base for combining beach days with sightseeing and outdoor adventures.
