The villa

The charming Villa Molim accommodates up to 10 guests, allowing you to enjoy the Dalmatian Coast in style. Featuring spacious terraces and a private pool, the villa is located just a few hundred metres from the beach and local amenities and is less than 2km from stunning Trogir.

Surrounded by hedges and shaded by trees, the heated pool measures 7m x 3.5m. There is plenty of room to lounge on the sun deck or enjoy a meal in the fresh air, with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. The upper levels of the house also provide terrace spaces with seating and great views of the village and the sea.

On the first floor, you will find a living room, dining area, and a bright, well - equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided, including a TV, a safe, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and much more. The villa is also equipped with air - conditioning for your comfort.

A twin bedroom and a family bathroom are located on the same floor. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: a twin, a double, and a double with an additional sofa bed. Two of these units have access to the balcony terrace, where lounge and dining furniture are available, along with panoramic views. Another bathroom can also be found on this floor.

Trogir is a truly beautiful town located on a small island, offering stunning architecture and historic sights, as well as an array of cool bars and rustic restaurants lining the waterfront. Its proximity to Split means you can easily combine the two in one trip, and its coastal position allows for boat excursions to the likes of Šolta and Brač.

The town’s centrepiece is St Lawrence’s Cathedral, built from the 13th to 15th century - regarded as one of the finest in Croatia. Also worth a visit are Kamerlengo Castle, particularly for the views it offers, and the Trogir Museum for an introduction to the town’s history.

The town is also a good choice for beach life, with numerous amenities in the vicinity of Okrug Gornji and Medena Beach, which is also a popular spot for water sports such as jet - skiing and windsurfing.

With Split only around 30km away, it’s well worth making an excursion to see the magnificent Diocletian’s Palace, just one of the highlights of the Grand Old Town. Also, look out for many cultural events taking place around the city’s beautiful squares. Other notable attractions include the Split Gallery of Fine Arts, the Archaeological Museum, and the Mestrovic Gallery, which showcases the work of the country’s greatest sculptor, as well as the beautiful Marjan Forest Park.
