Set between the Adriatic coast and the Biokovo mountains, Villa Mojca accommodates up to twelve guests across five elegant ensuite bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed throughout, the villa balances comfort and contemporary style.

The main floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a leather sofa, dining table for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom are also located on this level. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms each include a balcony, flat-screen TV, and sleek ensuite with walk-in showers and freestanding bathtubs. The master suite enjoys sea views directly from the tub. A second lounge area, kitchenette, sauna, and wooden-panelled jacuzzi with panoramic views are found on the top floor. Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool, sun loungers, shaded seating, and a dining terrace with an open fireplace, ideal for evenings outdoors. Additional features include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and lift access to all floors. For those seeking tranquillity, Nugal Beach offers a secluded spot framed by cliffs and pine forest, accessible via a rugged coastal path. Nature lovers can explore Biokovo Nature Park, home to ancient ruins and panoramic hiking trails. Just ten minutes uphill from the villa, the Botanical Gardens provide sweeping views, best enjoyed with sturdy shoes and water. The minimalist Church of St. Ante also lies within walking distance.
