Three beautifully appointed bedrooms await, each outfitted with a king-size bed, TV, and air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The ground floor also boasts two well-appointed family bathrooms - one with a relaxing bath and washing machine, the other with a refreshing shower.

The villa's internal staircase leads to the first floor, which is not open to guests; further up is the second floor, which is at parking level; you’ll find another open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. Here, you can enjoy meals together or simply relax in the comfort of your surroundings. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level - one with a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom, and the other featuring a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning for your comfort. A family bathroom with a shower and washing machine is also conveniently located on this floor.

The ground floor terrace features a private swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 3 metres, surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Villa Matchie is ideally situated just under a kilometre up the hill from the beautiful Dalmatian coast, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. While the beach is within walking distance, it’s important to note that the route involves a downhill walk along a road, so we recommend hiring a car for your convenience. This will also give you easy access to local shops and restaurants located just down the hill, where you can sample authentic Croatian cuisine and pick up any essentials you may need during your stay.

In and around Sumpetar, there’s a wealth of activities and attractions to explore. Take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque shoreline, or venture to nearby Omis, known for its stunning canyon views and adventurous outdoor activities such as zip-lining and rafting in the Cetina River.
