Villa Madonna is a spacious seafront mansion designed for relaxed group stays, combining modern interiors with a strong sense of openness and light. Renovated in 2020, the villa is fully air-conditioned and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. Spread over four floors, it suits large groups and multigenerational families particularly well, with multiple terraces and shared spaces that allow everyone to come together or enjoy quieter moments. Tasteful furnishings and a calm, contemporary finish run throughout, while sea views from many rooms reinforce the villa’s close relationship with the coastline.

The villa offers a wide range of amenities for both comfort and leisure. Inside, guests have access to a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a dedicated dining area, along with a sea-view master suite and a total of seven bedrooms, four of which are ensuite. Five bedrooms enjoy sea views, and several open onto private terraces. Outdoors, the heated private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and day beds, with a large outdoor dining table seating all 14 guests just off the kitchen. A fully equipped gym is located in the garden, and there is off-street parking for up to six cars.

Set directly on Sitges’ seafront, Villa Madonna enjoys an exceptional position just steps from the beach. The town centre is within easy walking distance, allowing guests to reach local restaurants, shops and services without needing a car. Despite its central and beachfront setting, the villa remains a private retreat, with landscaped gardens and layered outdoor spaces. Barcelona Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward for both domestic and international travellers.

Villa Madonna occupies a rare and exclusive position directly on Sitges’ seafront, with the sea just moments from the house. The beaches are easily accessible, allowing guests to move effortlessly between the water and the villa throughout the day. This frontline setting creates a strong connection to the coast while still offering privacy within the grounds, making it an appealing base for those who want to stay close to the shoreline without sacrificing space or comfort.

Barcelona can be reached for a day trip, offering access to museums, architecture, shopping and dining, before returning to the calmer pace of Sitges and the villa’s seafront setting at the end of the day.
