Whatever brings you to Croatia, Villa Levita offers a stylish and well-equipped base for up to eight guests. This four-bedroom property combines contemporary design with easy-going comfort, creating a bright and sociable setting for families or friends travelling together.

Designed with clean lines and a soft, neutral palette, the interiors feel light and airy throughout. Sunlight pours into the open-plan living space, where the lounge, dining area and kitchen flow effortlessly together. It’s a space made for shared moments - whether that’s relaxed breakfasts at the wooden dining table, evenings gathered on the sofa for a film, or long conversations over dinner with the terrace doors open to the warm air. One double bedroom and a bathroom are conveniently located on the ground floor, while three further bedrooms sit upstairs. Each of the upper-level rooms benefits from its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony - ideal for a quiet morning coffee or a late-night drink. Two rooms feature double beds, while another offers twin beds, making the layout flexible for different group dynamics. Outside, the private pool takes centre stage, framed by loungers, a children’s play area and a fully equipped pool house with summer kitchen, barbecue and dining space for eight.

Villa Levita is located in the village of Tugare, a peaceful setting just inland from Croatia’s Dalmatian coast. Offering a glimpse of everyday local life, Tugare has a small selection of eateries and useful amenities, while larger towns and the coastline are within easy reach.

The beaches of Dugi Rat and Duće are only a short drive away. Dugi Rat is known for its long pebble shoreline and clear Adriatic waters, while Duće offers sandy stretches that are particularly popular with families, along with beachfront cafés and water sports opportunities. Nearby Omiš, set between the sea and dramatic hills, is a hub for outdoor adventure. The Cetina River runs through the valley, providing excellent conditions for rafting, kayaking and boat trips, as well as scenic walking and cycling routes. The region is also well regarded for its food scene, with local restaurants serving fresh seafood, regional cheeses, cured meats and Dalmatian wines.
