Flooded with natural light, this warm, inviting space is ideal for relaxing or sharing meals—especially when accompanied by wine from the villa’s own vineyard. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and direct terrace access, perfect for preparing anything from casual lunches to Italian feasts.

Each of the six king - sized bedrooms is uniquely styled with warm tones, luxe touches, and en - suite bathrooms featuring soaking tubs and showers. Some rooms offer workstations or sweeping views of the Umbrian hills.
