Prepare to be Wowed! As you enter the villa at ground floor level you will be welcomed by a simply stunning marble hallway festooned with sparkling crystal chandeliers and a sweeping staircase. The super spacious living area comes complete with an original open hearth fireplace and minstrels gallery, and opens onto the panoramic view veranda. A fully stocked classic bar, with tall stools is the place to meet for sun downers at dusk. The fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the gardens, and a chef can be arranged to cook breakfast and celebratory dinners. The first of the seven exquisitely appointed bedrooms can be found on this floor, both with double beds, and ensuite marble bathrooms with walk - in showers, dual hand basins, bidets, and WCs.

Walk up the sweeping staircase to the first floor, where there are a further four additional ensuite bedrooms, each beautifully dressed, with ensuite shower rooms, and access to countryside view furnished balconies. On the top floor the seventh bedroom is home to a double bed, an ensuite shower room, and as far as the eye can see terrace.

Descending to the lower ground floor, a private spa beckons with a Finnish style sauna (available on request at an additional cost), a massage/therapy room, hydro massage tubs, a hair room, and a state of the art, fully equipped gym. Enjoy a game of billiards, before taking a seat in the traditional rustic saloon bar and dining room.

Villa Galesano is set in eight thousand square metres of meticulously maintained park lands, with manicured lawns, and gardens. Take the path down to the impressive dual step entry swimming pool. Relax on the surrounding sun loungers positioned under shady parasols, take a nap in the soft seating spot, then cool down under the outdoor shower. A gazebo is home to an alfresco dining set for twenty guests, perfect for some fabulous feasting under a twinkling sky, with dishes fresh cooked on the barbeque.

Villa Galesano is ideally located in the heart of the Puglian countryside, equidistant from the resort town of Taranto on the Ionian west coast, and bustling Brindisi on the Adriatic east coast of the heel of Italy. The nearest international airport is at Brindisi, a scenic thirty kilometre drive away. The villa is on the outskirts of the small town of Oria, with its narrow cobbled streets, and squares, where you will find welcoming bars and restaurants, and provisions for your stay. Take time to explore the Rococo cathedral, capped with a mosaic dome, and antique clock tower, and don’t miss the annual medieval Palio horse race held every August. The nearest beach is an 23 kilometres drive to the golden sands of Campomarino di Maruggio, and thirty kilometres to the crystal clear waters of Porto Cesareo. The area is renowned for its hiking and cycling trails, or take a walk around the local vineyards, and sample the renowned Primitivo. Go west and spend the day in Taranto, walk the city walls, see the Aragonese castle, visit the Archeological Museum, marvel at the Romanesque cathedral, before enjoying some freshly caught sea food by the sea shore. Go east for a day in Brindisi, see the ancient Roman columns, admire the beauty of the cathedral, visit the archaeological site of San Pietro degli Schiavoni, then walk along the waterfront and enjoy an aperitivo as you watch the sun set.
