The villa

Villa Feya offers a combination of modern construction and traditional design elements. The property is located among olive groves with mountain views, overlooking Vlicho Bay on the east coast of Lefkada, a Greek island in the Ionian Sea. The villa includes four double bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests, making it suitable for families or groups. This detached, two-storey villa spans 127 square metres and is built using whitewashed walls and locally sourced stone.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views and open onto balconies and terraces with sea views, allowing for natural light and ventilation. The villa includes private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an infinity swimming pool. The interior design combines modern furnishings with natural materials and a neutral colour palette.

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with direct access to the outdoors. The seating area includes a sofa, pouffe, coffee tables, and a satellite television. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances, and there is an indoor dining area with seating for eight. One double bedroom is located on this level, with an ensuite bathroom, an open wardrobe, and access to a furnished terrace. A guest cloakroom is also available on this floor.

The lower level contains three additional bedrooms. One has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a terrace with outdoor seating. The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be configured as doubles and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The outdoor area includes a terrace with views of the sea and mountains, an infinity pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. There is also a covered seating area, a yoga space, and an outdoor dining area with seating for eight and a built-in barbecue.

Villa Feya is located on the east coast of Lefkada, overlooking Vlicho Bay where the Yenion peninsula meets the Ionian Sea. Set among olive groves on a hillside, it is within walking distance of Vlicho village and Desimi Beach. The nearest airport, Aktion in Preveza, is about a one-hour drive away, with additional access via nearby islands such as Ithaki, Kefalonia, and Meganisi. Vlicho offers local shops and traditional tavernas, while the villa’s concierge team can arrange tailored experiences, including boat trips and dining reservations.

The Lefkada coastline features a range of sandy beaches, many with facilities, water sports, and dining options. Mikros Gialos and Vassiliki are nearby, the latter known for water sports. Nidri, a short drive north, offers a beach, marina, shops, and access to nearby islands, including Scorpios. The island also includes walking and cycling routes through mountainous and forested areas, with Mount Elati as its highest point. Activities such as horse riding, diving, and fishing are widely available.

Lefkada Town provides cultural attractions, including churches, museums, and traditional streets with local shops. Other villages, such as Poros, feature historic architecture and landmarks, while Sivota offers a harbour setting with restaurants and fishing activity.

The island also has historical sites, including churches, castles, and Venetian structures. Protected lagoon areas such as Divari and Ivaria support local wildlife. Visitors can explore vineyards, sample regional wines, and enjoy evening entertainment across the island.
