Villa Evi is an incredibly modern and stylish 4 bedroom luxury villa accommodating up to 7 guests. Featuring the very latest in smart home technology, and a heated infinity pool with massage function, this incredible villa has everything you’ll need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Incredibly spacious throughout, the open plan living, kitchen and dining area is decorated to an incredibly high specification, with wall mounted flat - screen TV and contemporary - style fixtures and furnishings. Combining light, neutral shades and warm woods with grey and turquoise accents, the decor screams good taste, and the entire villa features floor to ceiling glass doors looking out over the terrace and pool area.

The kitchen features every amenity you could possibly need during your stay here, including oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, kettle, cookery and glassware, as well as offering plenty of food preparation space and storage. All 4 bedrooms are just as bright and spacious, with immaculate, fresh decor and fantastic views. Three of the bedrooms have access to a balcony area, where you’ll be able to enjoy a morning coffee before you start your day, or an evening glass of bubbly as the sun sets. Villa Evi also features a fitness room - ideal for those who don’t want their holiday to interfere with their workout schedule, and a billiards and table tennis room for your entertainment.

Outside is just as luxurious and stylish, with a heated infinity pool, an outdoor snug located in a shady spot, as well as sun loungers and parasols near the pool, alongside a separate seating area. You’ll find a huge, super - modern bbq area outside, perfect for rustling up an alfresco feast for the whole family, and as the sun sets and the outdoor lights come up, you’ll be able to enjoy your surroundings long into the night.

Villa Evi is located within the quaint, small fishing village of Mlini, situated halfway between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to both a beach and city holiday. The beaches in Mlini differ from area to area, ranging from rocky and pebbly to sandy, and even a nudist beach, depending on where along the coast you visit. There are plenty of cafes, bars and ice cream parlours in the area, so you never have far to go for refreshments, and there’s no shortage of restaurants where you can dine outside overlooking the water and watching the sun set. Seafood is a firm favourite here, but if you want meat or vegetarian options then head along to the promenade where you’ll find all styles of cuisine, including pizzarias, burger bars and hot dog stalls - all open until late.

Mlini has its own shopping mall with clothing stores, beauty shops and a supermarket - handy for those who are self - catering - but for those who want a more vibrant and eclectic shopping experience, we recommend heading into nearby Dubrovnik, which offers more of a tourist shopping experience and is where you’ll find traditional trinkets and souvenirs to take home. While in Dubrovnik be sure to visit the Riviera where you’ll discover endless opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, canoeing, windsurfing and sailing - there’s even a water polo pitch, where people are known to play well into the evening.

From Dubrovnik it’s possible to hop on a water ferry bus over to Lokrum Island, an area bursting with beautiful forests and wildlife. It is here that much of the popular TV show Game of Thrones was filmed, and so it has become a much sought - after destination with fans. Whether you’ve seen GOT or not, Lokrum Island is well - worth visiting thanks to its rich history, and is a much - loved spot for picnics and for saltwater swimming at the spot named ‘Dead Sea’.
