Set across two levels, the villa includes four bedrooms - three on the ground floor, each with an en - suite, and one on the upper level alongside a spacious living room and dining area. Outside, the villa’s well - kept gardens frame a large swimming pool (heated in winter) with an integrated hot tub (not heated). A pool bar, barbecue area, table tennis table, and private gym round out the amenities, while the expansive terrace makes outdoor dining and relaxing a breeze.
