The villa

Villa Cressida comprises approximately 650 m² of interior space, combining contemporary design with traditional Cycladic materials and architectural elements.

The first floor of the main house is dedicated to a private suite, which includes a double bedroom with a fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe, sitting area, and an en-suite shower room. The suite opens onto a shaded panoramic terrace with sea views.

On the ground floor, living and sleeping areas are arranged for convenience and comfort. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a shower room and have direct access to shaded terraces with sea views.

The lower level includes an additional double bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a playroom with a TV, minibar, and library.

The guest house provides independent accommodation suitable for family members or guests, while remaining close to the main villa. It includes two en-suite double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, served by an additional bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen is available, with dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, stove, oven, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, and small appliances.

The guest house is equipped with air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi. Smart TVs and indoor and outdoor music systems are installed.

Additional facilities include a laundry room in the basement with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The guest house is fitted with a security system, alarm, and smoke detectors.

Outdoor areas include terraces and a pool area with sea views. The property also features a private playground, beach volleyball court, shaded lounge areas, and landscaped gardens.

Set within mature gardens, Villa Cressida is designed to accommodate families and groups, offering a balance between shared spaces and privacy in a calm island setting.
