Three of the bedrooms are split - level mezzanine rooms, each with a lounge area and a loft with a double bed, adding a touch of architectural charm. The second floor also includes a studio with a sofa bed and an additional double bedroom. Outside, a public walking path leads to a private garden with a heated pool, sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue, offering breathtaking views of Lake Como.
