Villa Beau is a charming, elegant villa sleeping up to thirteen guests in 6 bedrooms, overlooking the beautiful romantic village of Cavtat on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, close to Dubrovnik. It is a paradise where you can enjoy the peaceful beauty of the Konavle countryside. It is the most romantic and awe - inspiring natural location! The ancient Medieval Cavtat is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters and the many ancient Illyrian necropolises dotted around the area. There are several museums and galleries. You can easily find lovely restaurants with rich gastronomic offerings and an enviable selection of quality wines from the region. This luxury villa is magnificent. The lovely pool is just waiting to be jumped in! It is surrounded by comfy sun loungers just ready for that page - turner holiday read! Those wanting shade and peace can escape to the cosy sheltered corner with comfy sofas, perfect for a game of cards or a glass of wine! The attractive walls surrounding the area create a lovely warm atmosphere. This terrace is equally beautiful at night with the romantic mood lighting. There is a wonderful outside dining area and barbecue. The open plan inside lounge area feels very soothing. It is a calm, beautiful space with plenty of room for a family group or group of friends. The well - equipped kitchen is huge and ready to drum up some delicious meals! There are romantic arches from the living space through to the staircase upstairs and a downstairs bedroom, complete with four - poster bed. The five fabulous bedrooms in teh main house all enjoy their personal, private ensuite bathroom and are tastefully decorated. There is a mix of kings and twins, all very elegant and calming. Just perfect for a great night’s sleep! The bathrooms are all extremely well fitted, and plenty of fluffy towels are provided. The brick walls throughout parts of the house enhance a soothing and relaxing mood. The terraces and balconies offer wonderful views of the village and sea. The sixth bedroom is located in the annexe which has a double bed as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra two guests.

Villa Beau is in a wonderful location. Close enough to visit and enjoy the magical charms of Dubrovnik Old Town, yet so close to beaches and the other charms of the Dubrovnik Riviera.

The local natural landscape, surrounded by forests is relaxing and thrillingly beautiful.   The old city of Dubrovnik has more than enough to keep your party entertained, regardless of age. There are many shops, restaurants and as well as the historical sights; there are the picturesque marina and port and the Banje pebble beach. This charming pedestrian - only old town is designed with aristocratic palazzi and elegant Baroque churches. Walking around the wall is a definite must! Famed for its beauty, Dubrovnik is Croatia’s most up - market destination and is now listed as a Unesco world heritage site. You can even get a direct boat transfer from Cavtat to Dubrovnik!   Sveti Jakov beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik and is located in the eastern part of Dubrovnik Town in the tiny bay offering a distant look to the Lokrum and Old Town. With a restaurant and beach bar as well as sea kayaking and jet - ski rental, beach volleyball and more it is a great day out.   Many guests to this area also include a day trip to the quaint towns of Montenegro from Dubrovnik. Located less than one hour from the city, the Montenegro coasts offers incomparable natural beauty and a great variety of historical places. You can take a tour to discover a whole new culture and landscape, visiting the historic towns of Kotor and Budva and the charming town of Perast. Situated right at the bottom of the Croatian coast, it is also easy to experience the rugged expanse of Bosnia.   Active holidaymakers can find many attractions to amuse them, including windsurfing, rock climbing, walking, testing cycling paths and rugged off - road driving and hiking!   Villa Beau is just 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik airport so an ideal location.
