The villa

This four-bedroom villa offers a well-appointed base for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting. The interiors feature a clean, contemporary design that combines natural materials such as wood and metal, creating a calm and cohesive atmosphere throughout.

Arranged over two floors, the villa accommodates up to eight guests and provides approximately 230 square metres of bright, open-plan living space.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen suitable for self-catering, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Large panoramic windows allow for ample natural light and frame the surrounding views. A shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table, offering a practical space for outdoor meals.

The first floor comprises three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bathtub, while the others feature modern showers. Two bedrooms benefit from sea views, while the remaining rooms overlook the garden and surrounding countryside. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and LED televisions.

The outdoor area includes a private 40-square-metre swimming pool with sun loungers, a barbecue area, and indoor parking. An alarm system is also installed for additional security.

Set in the Ionian Sea, Zakynthos is celebrated for its varied coastline, crystalline waters and rich cultural heritage. Sandy beaches give way to dramatic cliffs and timeless villages, creating an island that balances relaxation with exploration.

Venetian influence is evident in the island’s architecture and traditions, while its protected marine park safeguards the nesting grounds of the endangered Caretta Caretta turtles. Natural highlights include the striking Keri Caves and the world-famous Shipwreck Beach (Navagio), one of Greece’s most photographed landmarks. Along the coast and in the villages, well-regarded restaurants such as Nobelos Bio Restaurant showcase organic Greek cuisine.

Villa Amigos 1 is located in Akrotiri, a peaceful residential village approximately five minutes by car from Zakynthos Town and Tsilivi Beach. Surrounded by olive groves and enjoying open sea views, the setting offers privacy without isolation. Dionysios Solomos Airport can be reached in around fifteen minutes by car, ensuring straightforward arrivals and departures. Several local tavernas and restaurants, including Prosilio, Bassia and Akrotiri Taverna, are within easy reach.

From this well-positioned base, guests can explore Tsilivi’s soft sands and calm waters or venture north to swim at Porto Limnionas, one of the island’s most striking coastal spots.
