Three bedrooms are located on this floor, including a master suite with a Jacuzzi bath. Two further double bedrooms are either en suite or adjacent to a family bathroom. The top floor offers two more double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a sun terrace ideal for quiet moments and striking vistas.

Outdoors, a fifty-square-metre glass-fronted pool is surrounded by loungers, parasols, and manicured gardens. A private spa and gym, games room, and home cinema provide entertainment and wellness facilities, while optional concierge services elevate every stay.

Villa Akrotiri sits atop a hill overlooking the village of the same name, offering breathtaking views across Kefallinia Island and the vast Ionian Sea. Located just six kilometres from the nearest international airport, the villa is reached via a scenic drive through the idyllic Greek countryside. The closest beach lies a mere five hundred metres away, and a local restaurant is also within walking distance. Despite its peaceful setting, the villa is conveniently positioned only a short drive from Zante Town, the island’s charming capital.

For those in search of a livelier coastal scene, Tsilivi, a popular beach resort, is just two and a half kilometres away and offers a range of shops and dining options. Zante Town boasts rich cultural appeal, with highlights including St. Markos Square, Solomos Square, quaint neighbourhoods, and the vibrant Zakynthos port. From here, guests can embark on traditional caique cruises for sunbathing, swimming, and turtle-spotting adventures.

Further exploration leads to Navagio Beach, famed for its dramatic shipwreck and accessible only by boat, as well as the striking Blue Caves and the snorkelling haven of the Keri Caves. A full island tour reveals traditional villages and local delicacies such as honey, olives, and wine. For nightlife, Laganas Bay comes alive at sunset with beach clubs, bars, and restaurants.
