Villa Aeida is situated at a high point on the hillside, offering expansive views of the Cretan landscape. Covering 280 square meters, the villa features five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests and a large outdoor pool. The design includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ample work surfaces, and a breakfast bar, which leads into a dining area and a lounge centered around an eco-friendly fireplace.

A ground-floor bedroom is accessible for wheelchair users, while the four upstairs bedrooms are well-lit with natural light from large windows that offer views of the surrounding olive trees and the Bay of Kissamos. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to verandas furnished with tables and chairs for relaxation.

The villa's design incorporates natural stone and light-colored walls, set within a landscaped garden of native plants. The outdoor area features a 50-square-metre pool with sunbeds, mattresses, and sofas, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the views of the Aegean Sea. There is also a pergola with an outdoor dining table and chairs, along with a BBQ area for outdoor cooking. Guests can start their day with coffee by the pool or explore the nearby beaches and towns, including Kissamos and the Venetian harbour town of Chania.

The villa offers private parking, air conditioning in every room, a Play Room, and a Gym with game tables and a home cinema featuring a 60-inch flat-screen TV.
