Set within Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort, this 945 sqm four - bedroom villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor living with views across the Aegean Sea. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with a built - in sunken bathtub and three additional ensuite bedrooms, two of which have walk - in steam cabins.

The open - plan living space incorporates a kitchen, dining area and lounge, with direct access to the verandah. A private gym is also available. Interiors draw on traditional Cycladic architecture, combining a predominantly white and blue colour palette with organic shapes and clean geometric forms.

The villa has a private arrival courtyard and parking space, leading to a sheltered inner courtyard. From here, stairs provide direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The rooftop is arranged for outdoor dining, relaxation and swimming, with a shaded pergola covering the main sitting and dining area. A 45 sqm heated swimming pool and infinity - edge water channel overlook the sea, while loungers provide space for sunbathing. On the western side of the terrace, additional lounge seating and a sunken firepit provide a setting for enjoying sunset views.

The resort is located on Ayios Yiannis Beach in Mykonos, approximately 4.2 km from Mykonos Town, where visitors will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife. The beach is also known as one of the filming locations for the movie Shirley Valentine.
