The villa

This lovely villa is an excellent choice for friends and families; it offers style, sophistication and most importantly, space. It has been eloquently designed to balance modern living with everything guests could want or need for a holiday.

Sunny House is set over just one floor, this home is remarkably accessible, especially for those worried about their little ones on the stairs. There are five bedrooms here, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests across the entire home. The bedrooms continue the opulent theme and have been chicly designed with cosy beds and tasteful décor to ensure that all guests get a restful night's sleep, ready to start their next Croatian adventure.

Away from the bedrooms, this home is packed full of features that put this home on a first - class level. There is a fully equipped gym here, great for those wishing to keep fit throughout their stay and a tennis and bocce court! Once guests are finished in the gym, there is a sauna to rejuvenate! Perhaps one of the best features inside the home, however, is the large Jacuzzi, which oozes relaxation, tempting all guests with warm bubbles after a long day in the hot summer sun.

The garden is lovely, finished with wooden decking and stone pathways; this area has something for everyone. There is a large pool for swimming or splashing; neighbouring this, there are several sun loungers, and there is even a large al fresco dining area. Once guests are finished eating, they can move to the outdoor lounge for evening drinks.

The home also has a large lounge area, complete with a corner sofa and a fireplace seamlessly blending into the open - plan, modern kitchen area. There is also a dining area to be found inside!

Set away from the mainland of Croatia, Hvar has plenty to offer for all its guests. Cosily nestled in the calm blues of the Adriatic, the main attraction here are the beaches which see visitors all year long thanks to Hvar's hot summers and warm winters.

The main seafront promenade is lined with palm trees, offering a real tropical feel. Beyond this, there are many fantastic local eateries, bars and clubs, a vibrant night scene with a little something for everyone; whether guests are looking for a quiet wine bar, a club or merely a romantic stroll along the sands, it can all be found here.

Stepping away from the promenade, the main centre of Hvar is a pedestrian - only zone. Lined with cobbles and stone steps, it's a place where history comes alive, with a story to be discovered around every corner. The rich historical architecture is a treasure trove waiting to be explored by all.

Beyond the main cities walls, there are many natural sights to behold, from the rolling hills of lavender to the olive orchards and even the tiny village of Humac, although this little village lacks electricity, they sure do know how to barbecue a visit here would not be complete without tasting the lamb speciality at Konoba Humac.

For more adventurous explorers, boat taxis can be taken to the nearby islands for kayaking, sailing, caving and sunbathing in secluded beach coves.
