The villa

Stepping into Sintral Perk feels like entering a sanctuary suspended between nature and modern living. The interior design is contemporary with a gentle nod to Scandinavian simplicity - think clean lines, natural textures, and a focus on space and light. The design is clean and modern, with vast windows that let in natural light and frame the surrounding trees.

The main floor has three of the villa’s five bedrooms, including the master suite which features its own sauna. Each room opens out onto a shared balcony with wide views across the hills and rooftops of Sintra.

The living room is open plan, with a fireplace, generous seating, and glass doors that slide away to connect the indoors with the garden and pool outside. It’s an easy, relaxed space where everything flows together ideal for spending time with family or friends. Just next to it, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for meals at home, with views that make even breakfast feel special.

Head downstairs and you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with direct access to a private terrace and the garden path that leads back up to the pool. Outside, the heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, a shaded dining area, and space to sit and unwind. It’s quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature - yet just a few minutes from Sintra’s historic sites and the coast.

The villa is just a few kilometres from the heart of Sintra, a town famed for its fairytale palaces, romantic gardens, and centuries-old monuments. Within a short drive, you’ll find the colourful Palácio da Pena, the mystical Quinta da Regaleira, and the grand Palácio Nacional - each offering a glimpse into the region’s rich royal history.

Nearby, charming cafés, bakeries and local restaurants serve up traditional Portuguese dishes, while small markets and shops provide everything you need for your stay. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore forest trails, bike routes, or take a quick 12-minute drive to reach the golden beaches of the Atlantic coast.
